Would recommend for a getaway
Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, including the Full English option which was scrumptious and served quickly, along with welcoming staff, made our stay enjoyable, and the convenient location just a 2-minute walk from the nearest Tube station allowed easy access to explore the area.
Don’t have any issues at all.

quirky old building, excellent location for tube access, unique staircase layout
It's time for a makeover!!! The bathrooms are cramped with no storage, and maintenance issues like faulty lights are unacceptable!!!

Spacious twin room with a well-sized bathroom and a lovely small balcony. Daily complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. Proximity to transport made exploring the area simple, but the restaurant experience left much to be desired. service was less than friendly, and the menu didn't always match what's available. Despite that, I enjoyed the cured meat that was good, and the breakfast spread was impressive.

I stayed for 1 night in a Twin Room. The location was great for visiting nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection including a vegan option. The room was spacious and comfortable. 🌟

The room had lovely large windows, providing a pleasant view of the quiet street below. Breakfast featured a cooked-to-order menu alongside a generous spread of continental options, including pastries and fresh fruit, making for a great start to the day.
Navigating to the third floor proved to be a workout due to the steep stairs and absence of a lift. The room felt overly warm without proper ventilation. despite having the window open, we dealt with insects buzzing in. the room’s single small chair wasn't adequate for two guests, making it feel cramped and stuffy overall.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in a cozy Executive Double Room, where the bed was super comfy and the in-room tea and coffee was a nice touch. The sunny terrace was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, and I appreciated the inviting lounge area as well. The only downside was the decor seemed a bit tired, but it didn't take away from the fun experience overall. 😊

During my stay, I had fish and chips at the hotel which I found to be enjoyable. I was looking forward to trying the restaurant menu but ended up sitting down at a nearby table that was too loud. The staff understood my concern and were polite when I chose to leave without ordering.

Perfect for a quiet getaway!
Had a lovely stay! The room was super comfy and spacious. It's just a quick walk to Kew Gardens! Breakfast was really good too, though the bar area was a bit busy at times. Only downside was lugging bags up to my room since it was on the top floor. a chill spot if you want peace and proximity to nature.

More milk sachets for tea and coffee would help.

Super cozy spot near the gardens
Loved staying here for 5 nights! The staff were super helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. Found a fab little Italian restaurant just a short walk away, which was a total win. Only thing was the room felt a bit outdated. Otherwise, it was comfy and right by pubs and shops.
